Teotlatolli - The Council of the gods
Teotlatolli is a demanding card game for two players. Representing the
antagonistic forces of the Aztec cosmos, Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca, the
players have to get the other gods on their side in the council of the
gods.
 In
autumn 2003, during holidays, I had the idea for a card game. At first it was a
rough concept, a few ideas for mechanisms and a theme, nothing more. I made an
improvised set of cards from ordinary paper and started toying with the
mechanism, playing with my life-partner Katja. After some adjustments we had a
ready game. Highly motivated I designed more professional cards, contacted a
publisher and sent them the prototype. After half a year of testing the game,
they declined. Then, I contacted other publishers, but interest in 2 player card
games is rare. Well, if they don't want me, OK! I've got to do it myself then.

I'm not so much interested in money.
I give the game away for free, better put, you'll get all the necessary graphics and an assembly instruction. That leaves you with the costs for printing out the files and spending the time to assemble.
Well, in case that you like the game and feel like giving me a small
donation, OK.
But that's no must. The only thing you HAVE to do is register and promise not to
offer/send the game to someone else, especially not for money! That way, I know
at least how many people own my game. I will not give your data to anyone else
and will not bombard you with emails (you might get one, just in case I'll
develop a new game and want to announce that). If you want a second deck for you or
someone else wants one, no problem. Just fill out another registration form.
After doing that, I'll send you the required files via email. Before you register, you may take a look
at the rules to see if you might like it.
Yours,
